FAQs
do you offer a warranty?
Yes! We offer a one year craftsmanship warranty for our clients at no additional cost for situations excluding poor product quality, natural disasters, and/or outside forces such as personal damage created by the client or another individual.
im not sure i can afford this?
Believe it or not, many of the Pinterest projects you see can run you thousands of dollars, and once you receive an estimate you get discouraged. However, there are many ways to have the design you want and still be economical. That’s where we come in. Jake of All Trades takes the consultation phase to explore options for you and understand your budget so we can meet in the middle and allow you to love your new space without breaking the bank.
is this too small of a job?
Sometimes. We like staying busy and it helps our team if we are able to spend time on your project rather than jumping from place to place. If you have a few small things, build us a list so we can help you get more for your money. We do have a daily rate we aim to meet so help us help you!
will you show up?
Unfortunately many clients have been burned in the past with previous contractors not following through on their word. We pride ourselves in being honest and upfront about timelines, and do our best to get to your project as soon as our schedule allows. To ensure this and make customers feel at ease, we take a deposit at the start of your project that locks you in to the schedule rather than waiting for an opening. We try to keep our schedule full, so by putting down a deposit that is applied to your final bill, you have piece of mind that your project will be started by the estimated time if not sooner.
